Sara was GREAT.
The company officer who normally took care of this was unavailable and I had to pick up the ball.
Sara walked this rookie thru the system and the process was very well laid out and the workroom interface was very good

No improvement is necessary in the HQAA workroom process. The standards are clearly explained as is the evidence of compliance. I've worked with other accreditation organizations in my 40 years as a HME provider and none have a more streamlined user friendly process as HQAA. Thank you!

Since the requirements changed for accreditation, we have been through all of our accreditations with HQAA. From the support in the room during preparation to the survey staff; all have been very professional, respectful and above all helpful. Even though the process does cause stress with our staff, HQAA has guided us and eased our minds. They have always let us know those area where we exceed, made great recommendations to our process and reviewed in detail any areas where improvement is needed. We would like commend the HQAA staff for their helpfulness and knowledge.

I think that HQAA has done a phenomenal job... and I would recommend this company to anyone... It has been a wonderful experience and I have learned a lot more about my particular industry from the guidelines of this program

The survey was very educational and insightful. The workroom prior to the survey allowed all employees to prepared. Great experience!

HQAA takes the stressful feeling of having to be accredited. The process is very thorough and prior to the actual survey HQAA provides coaches and tools to help me prepare to have the best survey I can. I am so thankful I started out with HQAA. I would recommend HQAA to anyone who is required to be accredited. Kim, my coach, is wonderful and Corey, the surveyor, is very professional, helpful and compassionate in his work. HQAA IS THE BEST!!!!

We are very pleased with the process. The workroom is "user friendly" and it's easy to see where the company is in the accreditation timeline.
After accreditation, ACT allows us to stay on track with any policy/procedure changes and avoids last minute panic.

Our experience was refreshing and restored my faith in the process. Kim was wonderful, and needs a bonus for therapy given to me! Jim was nice and very accommodating and Jodi was simply the cream and cherries in her approach and comfort level in her duties to assure our furthered successs. I could not be happier for choosing HQAA as our compliance and accreditation team.

While the Accreditation process is tedious and annoying, at least HQAA makes it as pain free as possible. Their system is easy to use and understand. My coach is outstanding, always easy to get in touch with and personable. This process is NOT enjoyable by any stretch of the imagination, however, HQAA saves you time, money, and headaches.

Our coach was wonderful! As soon as I finished a section she read over it immediately and messaged me with anything that needed to be addressed. She was always available when I called or if I had to leave a message she returned my call within the hour. There are not enough good words to describe how amazing she is and how easy she made this process.

We have just completed our 4th survey with HQAA. The personnel of HQAA during the workroom process and the surveyors are the most professional and helpful in every area. Our company is very honored to be associated with the HQAA organization.

Mobility Plus has gone through the accreditation process with HQAA 4 times! The last two times Jodi A. was assigned to conduct our survey. We could not be happier with the results. Jodi was so supportive through the process during the site survey and hope to request her in another 3 years! She was informative and knowledgeable of this complicated world of DME! Kudos to Jodi! The workrooms were done quickly and smoothly with support from the coach. Thanks for all of your help HQAA! We did it!

I started late with this process and had an unexpected accident that really slowed me down. My coach was understanding and supportive. This was the first time I was involved with the accreditation prep and was impressed with HQAA!

HQAA has truly streamlined the very complicated Accreditation process. We initially chose HQAA because of their focus on the small DME provider and over the years their dedication to this class of providers has only improved.
9 years ago I had no clue of what this whole process was even about and I resented the seemingly random rules which seemed to have little to do with my daily operations.
As we prepared for this survey I realized that not only do I have a far better understanding of the process, thanks to my highly experienced and education oriented surveyors I actually understand the many ways this process applies to and benefits my company.
Kudos and thanks to my HQAA Team Kim and Curtis- you guys made the process such a positive experience!

Everyone has made the accreditation process pleasant. The process of submitting information was easy. The surveyor explained everything very well, he was very nice. He gave us helpful tips and information that we will incorporate into our policy. I would recommend HQAA to anyone looking to become accredited.

No improvement needed! The process from start to finish was wonderful! I loved the workroom process. It let me know exactly where I was each step of the way-very helpful! Our surveyor, Mindy, was incredible - So professional and great to work with! She was very knowledgeable about DME and helped us understand our business and the industry even more. It was a VERY POSITIVE experience!!! I highly recommend HQAA!!

HQAA has been with us through our whole process and was so helpful. Mindy was our surveyor this time and was absolutely wonderful!! She helped us so much in her recommendations as we strive to be the best we can. Sara brooks was my workroom coach and was very helpful in all the way leading to our survey.
