While the Accreditation process is tedious and annoying, at least HQAA makes it as pain free as possible. Their system is easy to use and understand. My coach is outstanding, always easy to get in touch with and personable. This process is NOT enjoyable by any stretch of the imagination, however, HQAA saves you time, money, and headaches.
Our coach was wonderful! As soon as I finished a section she read over it immediately and messaged me with anything that needed to be addressed. She was always available when I called or if I had to leave a message she returned my call within the hour. There are not enough good words to describe how amazing she is and how easy she made this process.
We have just completed our 4th survey with HQAA. The personnel of HQAA during the workroom process and the surveyors are the most professional and helpful in every area. Our company is very honored to be associated with the HQAA organization.
Mobility Plus has gone through the accreditation process with HQAA 4 times! The last two times Jodi A. was assigned to conduct our survey. We could not be happier with the results. HQAA has truly streamlined the very complicated Accreditation process. We initially chose HQAA because of their focus on the small DME provider and over the years their dedication to this class of providers has only improved.
9 years ago I had no clue of what this whole process was even about and I resented the seemingly random rules which seemed to have little to do with my daily operations.
As we prepared for this survey I realized that not only do I have a far better understanding of the process, thanks to my highly experienced and education oriented surveyors I actually understand the many ways this process applies to and benefits my company.

Everyone has made the accreditation process pleasant. The process of submitting information was easy. The surveyor explained everything very well, he was very nice. He gave us helpful tips and information that we will incorporate into our policy. I would recommend HQAA to anyone looking to become accredited.

Our surveyor, Mindy, was incredible - So professional and great to work with! She was very knowledgeable about DME and helped us understand our business and the industry even more. Jim Dehler deserves remarks higher than "exceeded expectations"! He is very knowledgeable and his expertise truly helped us in our projections for our business. Not only is he very nice but he really made our visit relaxing and educational. HQAA really cares for their clients from beginning to end. With Sara Brooks' exceptional help in the workroom and Jim Dehler's educational support during our visit, we will definitely stick with HQAA in the future and refer HQAA to other businesses we come across. This was my first time going through the accreditation process. HQAA was great in giving me guidance and making things easy to understand.
Michael has to be one of the most positive and genuinely caring people we have ever met via phone. He sold us on HQAA not off of anything but we trusted him that HQAA would take care of us. And they did. He was always there for questions and he was so happy to help for anything I needed. Can not say enough amazing
