As I am "a senior citizen," I was lucky to encounter and work with Joint Commission, DNV and now HQAA. Your ACT program and coaches well exceeded expectations. Their levels of knowledge, timeliness and professionalism made this project a wonderful journey. I can not say enough about the process and staff involved. Thank you.

We are very satisfied with the entire HQAA process. Kim, our workroom coach, was extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful with any questions in regard to submitting the policies and procedures to the workroom. Our on-site surveyor, Mindy, was also extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Mindy also had excellent best practice recommendations to help improve our organization. We could not be more satisfied with the entire HQAA organization!

I greatly enjoyed working with my coach, Lore, and my onsite reviewer, Jodi. I purchased my store in July, 2016 and have been anxious for two years about this process. Lore guided me every step of the way! While Jodi was onsite I felt relaxed and knew she was there to monitor our progress, but also explain why things need to be a certain way. I cannot say enough great things about both ladies!

Because this is my 7th or maybe 8th time to go through this process I honestly didn't need much assistance! But I knew Sara was available if I did, Being able to reuse so many documents is a HUGE help in speeding up the workroom. Thank you so much for that benefit!!!!

Given our 11th hour decision to change accreditation companies to HQAA, I was very nervous about this. Kim has been beyond helpful and I have found this process to be very easy and efficient so far. I appreciate that quick response time from HQAA. Thank you so much!!

This is my third go around with an accrediting organization, the first two times being with CHAP. No more thorough than them, but the workroom room/user portal is very user friendly and something I feel would have made my first couple accreditation preps smoother.

I do not know of any way this experience could have gone any better. Everything was laid out in a easy to understand fashion. The extra bonus was having Kim Freeman as my coach, she is the VERY BEST!!!

Sara was GREAT.
The company officer who normally took care of this was unavailable and I had to pick up the ball.
Sara walked this rookie thru the system and the process was very well laid out and the workroom interface was very good

No improvement is necessary in the HQAA workroom process. The standards are clearly explained as is the evidence of compliance. I've worked with other accreditation organizations in my 40 years as a HME provider and none have a more streamlined user friendly process as HQAA. Thank you!

Since the requirements changed for accreditation, we have been through all of our accreditations with HQAA. From the support in the room during preparation to the survey staff; all have been very professional, respectful and above all helpful. Even though the process does cause stress with our staff, HQAA has guided us and eased our minds. They have always let us know those area where we exceed, made great recommendations to our process and reviewed in detail any areas where improvement is needed. We would like commend the HQAA staff for their helpfulness and knowledge.

I think that HQAA has done a phenomenal job... and I would recommend this company to anyone... It has been a wonderful experience and I have learned a lot more about my particular industry from the guidelines of this program

HQAA takes the stressful feeling of having to be accredited. The process is very thorough and prior to the actual survey HQAA provides coaches and tools to help me prepare to have the best survey I can. I am so thankful I started out with HQAA. I would recommend HQAA to anyone who is required to be accredited. Kim, my coach, is wonderful and Corey, the surveyor, is very professional, helpful and compassionate in his work. HQAA IS THE BEST!!!!

We are very pleased with the process. The workroom is "user friendly" and it's easy to see where the company is in the accreditation timeline.
After accreditation, ACT allows us to stay on track with any policy/procedure changes and avoids last minute panic.
