We initially chose HQAA because of their focus on the small DME provider and over the years their dedication to this class of providers has only improved. 9 years ago I had no clue of what this whole process was even about and I resented the seemingly random rules which seemed to have little to do with my daily operations. As we prepared for this survey I realized that not only do I have a far better understanding of the process, thanks to my highly experienced and education oriented surveyors I actually understand the many ways this process applies to and benefits my company.
