Our experience was refreshing and restored my faith in the process. Kim was wonderful, and needs a bonus for therapy given to me! Jim was nice and very accommodating and Jodi was simply the cream and cherries in her approach and comfort level in her duties to assure our furthered successs. While the Accreditation process is tedious and annoying, at least HQAA makes it as pain free as possible. Their system is easy to use and understand. My coach is outstanding, always easy to get in touch with and personable. This process is NOT enjoyable by any stretch of the imagination, however, HQAA saves you time, money, and headaches.
Our coach was wonderful! As soon as I finished a section she read over it immediately and messaged me with anything that needed to be addressed. She was always available when I called or if I had to leave a message she returned my call within the hour. There are not enough good words to describe how amazing she is and how easy she made this process.
We have just completed our 4th survey with HQAA. The personnel of HQAA during the workroom process and the surveyors are the most professional and helpful in every area. Our company is very honored to be associated with the HQAA organization.
Mobility Plus has gone through the accreditation process with HQAA 4 times! The last two times Jodi A. was assigned to conduct our survey. We could not be happier with the results. Jodi was so supportive through the process during the site survey and hope to request her in another 3 years! She was informative and knowledgeable of this complicated world of DME! Kudos to Jodi! HQAA has truly streamlined the very complicated Accreditation process. We initially chose HQAA because of their focus on the small DME provider and over the years their dedication to this class of providers has only improved.
9 years ago I had no clue of what this whole process was even about and I resented the seemingly random rules which seemed to have little to do with my daily operations.
As we prepared for this survey I realized that not only do I have a far better understanding of the process, thanks to my highly experienced and education oriented surveyors I actually understand the many ways this process applies to and benefits my company.

Everyone has made the accreditation process pleasant. The process of submitting information was easy. The surveyor explained everything very well, he was very nice. Our surveyor, Mindy, was incredible - So professional and great to work with! She was very knowledgeable about DME and helped us understand our business and the industry even more.
