Accounting: accounts payable and accounts receivable

Coaching: working with customers to ensure compliance with accreditation standards through policy and procedure documentation review

Programming and Development: custom web solutions development and solutions creation

Surveyor: validating compliance with accreditation standards through direct observation at supplier locations across the US

HQAA surveyors are independent contractors that commit to a consistent number of days per calendar month for survey activity and travel. Qualifications include ten (10) years’ experience in the DMEPOS field or a combination of management experience, respiratory therapy, nursing, pharmacy, rehabilitation, and/or orthotics.
