You guys have been wonderful. We appreciate all you do in assisting us to become accredited. We feel like we have a real partnership with HQAA and that you are here to help us and not hinder us in getting accredited. Thank you for making what could be a very daunting process into a rewarding and educational one. As long as we are in the DME business, we will continue to turn to HQAA for all of our accreditation needs.

It was stressful three years ago transitioning to a new accreditation company, trying to prepare for a survey we had never experienced. We just completed our second survey and am so happy we made the change to HQAA!

HQAA has always gone above and beyond to help us achieve our accreditation goals. Start to Finish the process has been seamless and Mr. Carroll is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in his explanations and guidance. we look forward to our next survey. Survey time is always stressful, but thanks to the folks at HQAA and the workbook we have been successful. .. Audits provide a way to verify that a company & personnel are complying with internal procedures & external Federal or State regulations. Surveys provide a method of assessing the safety and culture of an industry such as Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or of gathering information related to DME. Audits and Surveys are critical to manage and maintain a successful business, HQAA not only provides a service to help business meet required accreditation, but also they share knowledge for continued growth following regulations and business, safety & personnel matters. Mr. Carrol was our surveyor 2025. He was thorough in his review, knowledgably and personable. He offered his recommendation on certain processes - helping us to work smarter not harder while meeting regulations. He was kind and professional. It was a pleasure to work with him.

HQAA makes the work room and site survey process very smooth and understandable. Both my workroom coach and site surveyor provided many helpful suggestions and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend any DME to use HQAA as their accreditation organization.

HQAA has done a great job of transforming the accreditation process into an learning opportunity for our company. The surveyors have provided great insight on how to improve overall performance. They are not here just to look for deficiencies, but really take the time to understand how our company operates.

Not sure what could have been done to make the process better, the inspector Jim, was very helpful and provided excellent guidance for getting us where we need to be. HQAA overall does a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get through the accreditation process.
