As a new entity, we appreciated the simplicity and straight-forwardness entire process. The work room made us aware of what was expected of us and assisted us with the development of necessary policies. The immediate one-on-one feed back from Kim, our Accreditation Coach, was very helpful. The on-site surveyor Patrick, was helpful in guiding us toward complete compliance to standards with the few minor deficiencies he discovered. This was an overall pleasant experience!

Honestly, our Field Surveyor Jim Dehler and our Coach Sara Brooks have exceeded expectations this entire time. It has been such a pleasure all along! Everyone at HQAA has been very helpful and professional. Our coach, Lore, helped us be correctly prepared for the survey. Giovanni was very professional and courteous. He explained the process to us very well and gave us some great insight for moving forward with our business.
