The HQAA ACT Program is easy to use and is extremely helpful in completing and meeting accreditation requirements. Could not have done it without ACT!

At RQS, we cannot say enough about the ACT program and HQAA staff. The program is comprehensive, detailed and easy to follow in preparation for a survey but most importantly to strive for excellence in patient care, safety and satisfaction. Kim Freeman and Jenny Miller are both most responsive to inquiries and issues.

As I am "a senior citizen," I was lucky to encounter and work with Joint Commission, DNV and now HQAA. Your ACT program and coaches well exceeded expectations. Their levels of knowledge, timeliness and professionalism made this project a wonderful journey. I can not say enough about the process and staff involved. Thank you.

We are very pleased with the process. The workroom is "user friendly" and it's easy to see where the company is in the accreditation timeline.
After accreditation, ACT allows us to stay on track with any policy/procedure changes and avoids last minute panic.

Steve D. was Awesome to work with. This is the second time he has been apart of the survey process with us. He is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We use the ACT program faithfully which I think is why our surveys always turn out excellent because of the tools provided by HQAA.

So much easier to go piece by piece on our policies and accreditation standards! I personally love how similar themed policies are addressed over a month instead of "entire section ___". My coach will always answer promptly and is willing to
