From the support in the room during preparation to the survey staff; all have been very professional, respectful and above all helpful. Even though the process does cause stress with our staff, HQAA has guided us and eased our minds. They have always let us know those area where we exceed, made great recommendations to our process and reviewed in detail any areas where improvement is needed.
