I don't feel there is anything HQAA is missing with the accreditation process, from start to finish, The online workroom is designed to help understand the current and new policies, that are so important to our industry. The online coach was also very helpful with addressing questions and clarity. Our surveyor, Dean was very insightful on providing education and recommendations. I feel my company is better positioned for long-term success and compliance.

Our surveyor Giovanni was very thorough and especially educational. This was our organization's fifth HQAA accreditation survey but my first in pharmacy DME. The whole process taught me a lot and I look forward to implementing more best practices.

Our team greatly appreciated the opportunity to work with our surveyor, Giovanni. We appreciated how well versed he was on our business. He was attentive to detail and made sure that we had a full understanding of all standards and was very willing to work through any questions we had. We will certainly look to implement best business practices from this experience. 
We have been through HQAA numerous times and the whole experience has always been great. The workroom takes the guess work out the process. The person that did our survey was extremely helpful and nice. We couldn't have a better experience.
