My coach and surveyor were exceedingly patient and respectful of my concerns and "opinions". Both went out of their way to explain the reasons for things I questioned. This survey was actually an information and pretty pleasant experience!

I have to say this was the best experience I have had with an accreditation survey. The surveyor was great to work and very informative. Being new with HQAA he walked me through how the HQAA process works and the steps after the survey was complete. Best of all, I was able to continue with most of my normal work routine throughout the survey. In the past, the surveyors have had me with them most of the time showing them everything they were looking for which meant my work was getting behind. Also, the workroom made a breeze to get through the initial process. I am so glad I made the switch to HQAA.

HQAA has consistently been a reliable source of inspiration in helping our organization maintain the highest standards in our business practice. The "Work-Room" ease of use when submitting policies makes working with HQAA an absolute pleasure and "Non Stressfull" process. The staff at HQAA is delightful to deal with. I would highly recommend HQAA to anyone wanting an accrediting organization.

Jodi was an excellent surveyor. Staff reports learning a lot from the process and appreciated her patient and empathetic demeanor during the survey. We learned a lot going through the whole process and are very glad we selected HQAA.

The process of accreditation is intimidating however the HQAA team has the awesome ability to put everyone at ease and smoothly navigate the company throughout the process. Everyone is very professional, very nice and always willing to assist when additional guidance is required. Thank you for your time and consideration!

As a new entity, we appreciated the simplicity and straight-forwardness entire process. The work room made us aware of what was expected of us and assisted us with the development of necessary policies. The immediate one-on-one feed back from Kim, our Accreditation Coach, was very helpful. The on-site surveyor Patrick, was helpful in guiding us toward complete compliance to standards with the few minor deficiencies he discovered. This was an overall pleasant experience!

Dana was amazing, and although we have been through the accreditation process a few times, he took the time to give us some great ideas on how to improve our retail store!! The actual accreditation process could not have gone more smooth and with ease.

I have been through accreditation with two other accreditation organizations, HQAA is by far the most user friendly, the field surveyor's have been super helpful and explained the process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend HQAA for you accreditation needs.

We have been with HQAA for many years and have gone through many surveys. As always, the process is smooth and educational. The surveyors seem like they are there more to help than to criticize. The entire HQAA staff always goes above and beyond.

This was Harold's second accreditation visit with us. He originally came in 2013, and as per his standards, Harold was meticulous and thorough and was so very helpful in offering suggestions to make things flawless in the future. We strive for 100% always and Harold gave us suggestions to stay there! He listened and explained all of his observations. It was a pleasure working with him!!

Honestly, our Field Surveyor Jim Dehler and our Coach Sara Brooks have exceeded expectations this entire time. It has been such a pleasure all along! It was a pleasure to go over the process with Jim and learn all aspects of the information of the accreditation process.
