It was such a pleasant and educational experience! Even though we have been accredited since 1997, this survey was one of the most informative and positive we have ever had. It really was much more of a collaboration and less of a "gotcha" environment with HQAA.
HQAA has been great throughout this process. We have learned a great deal and look forward to continuing our partnership. Our surveyor was very helpful in providing education - she was professional and good to work with!
Our surveyor was very professional and a real pleasure to work with. He was very common sense in his approach, which I appreciated. He was respectful of my time, as well as that of my staff. My survey was a very positive experience. In addition to pointing out areas for improvement, he also offered advice on how to best accomplish changes to address those areas of concern.

Harold evaluated our DME services and offered many ideas for enhancing best practice compliances. While I found Sharon to be a true expert in home infusion pharmacy, teaching me and my staff several best practice tips to enhance patient care in our home infusion pharmacy services. The workroom procedure and staff offer an efficient way for us to update our Policy and Procedures. Thank you, and I would recommend HQAA to any DME company and home infusion pharmacy.

Loretta Carr-Stock was wonderful. The full accreditation process went very smoothly, and all feedback was given at the time. I highly recommend her as she knows what she is talking about, and seems very experienced within the medical supply business. Ultimately she was able to give us future feedback and tips that we truly appreciated as a company.

We are very satisfied with the entire HQAA process. Kim, our workroom coach, was extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful with any questions in regard to submitting the policies and procedures to the workroom. Our on-site surveyor, Mindy, was also extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Mindy also had excellent best practice recommendations to help improve our organization. We could not be more satisfied with the entire HQAA organization!

I greatly enjoyed working with my coach, Lore, and my onsite reviewer, Jodi. I purchased my store in July, 2016 and have been anxious for two years about this process. Lore guided me every step of the way! While Jodi was onsite I felt relaxed and knew she was there to monitor our progress, but also explain why things need to be a certain way. I cannot say enough great things about both ladies!
I think the HQAA staff are exceptionally helpful. The surveyor was very thorough, but extremely helpful in her comments about areas in which we could improve. I highly recommend HQAA to anyone who is considering becoming accredited.
