We strive to do everything the correct way and HQAA makes it easy to always know what that is. Steve was a fantastic on-site surveyor. We would welcome him back anytime! He was very knowledgable and helpful and while he was very thorough, we never felt like he was trying to "gotcha" any of our employees or processes (If you've been through other surveys, you know what I mean).
