The accreditation process was truly a breeze thanks to the outstanding support from every member of HQAA. The Workroom platform was straightforward and user-friendly. The guidance we received from our coach was consistently positive and encouraging. That said, we want to emphasize how positive our experience was with the surveyor assigned to us. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the process. His approach fostered a collaborative atmosphere, and the feedback provided was both productive and constructive, helping us identify meaningful opportunities for growth. Having surveyors like the one we worked with would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for all clients, as they set a high standard for encouraging continuous improvement in our policies and procedures, ultimately helping us become better at what we do.

Jim was great. He was helpful in areas of deficiency and guided us to the correct procedure for accreditation.

This was the 5th or 6th survey we have gone thru with HQAA.
Each time the process and communication gets better and more streamlined.
Each survey has led to helpful improvements and suggestions by the surveyor.
Our surveyor Kevin was courteous and very knowledgeable. Having practical background as a former DME owner was appreciated.
As a former hospital administrator, I have been thru numerous JACHO surveys.
Many of the surveyors are book smart but without actual working experience.

It was stressful three years ago transitioning to a new accreditation company, trying to prepare for a survey we had never experienced. We just completed our second survey and am so happy we made the change to HQAA!
