Kim was a huge help with all of my questions prior to the survey. I couldn't have done it without her amazing support. Curtis is OUTSTANDING at what he does. Very good job of explaining things, pointing out ways to be more efficient and explains deficiencies without making me feel like I'm being lectured. HQAA is fortunate to have Curtis and I hope that all future surveys will involve Curtis.
