HQAA breaks down the accreditation process to where it is maintainable without it being an overwhelming and daunting process. All the employees were courtesy and knowledgeable with any questions I had to ask. The field surveyor Mr. Carroll was very helpful in 

trying to help us look for ways to better our business. He gave an honest critique with helpful recommendations to our DME business. With all the changes in Healthcare and the DME business, it helps to have insight and direction especially since we are a small rural stand alone DME. Thank You,
