This was the most comfortable, yet thorough survey, I have encountered. Our surveyor was patient with answering all our questions (and we had a lot). Everyone was nervous at first but by the end of day 1 was comfortable with her and enjoyed the short time we  had with her. I believe the fact that she had owned her own DME business and knew exactly what we were going through made the difference. We would definitely recommend her to others and would like to have her back here as well in the future.
