Jim is exceptional !!! He knows how to correct without feeling disciplined and knows how to approach people without intimidation. His knowledge is amazing and he doesn't hesitate to point out anything he sees that might improve us or keep us from further headaches with other agencies but yet he never makes you feel like you have failed. What an asset to your company !!! Classroom is awesome and totally prepares you for the survey ! Michael Gross may be one of the nicest men I have ever dealt with on the phone. I have never had pleasure of meeting him but what a nice and friendly guy !! My only suggestion is you place a grading scale of some sort. I feel that would show staff more of where we stand and not just that we passed. That way we will know we are either right on target or really have areas to improve and not just that we are somewhere in between.
