This is our second accreditation survey with HQAA. Both times we have had Curtis as our surveyor. The entire process each time has been exceptional, especially compared to other experiences with other companies. Policies and regulations are explained clearly and precisely along with thorough education so you understand how to fix an area if needed. I would always recommend using HQAA if you want a thorough yet educational and understanding survey process.
Tori was very professional with all communications and prompt with questions I had along the process. It's always nice working with people that have a true compassion with the work they are doing.

Both our surveyors were GREAT. The central office staff was a great help during this process. As a company we are so happy with HQAA.
I am super critical... and I can not find anything that should be improved... the experience was intimidating at the beginning, but the system and the coach made me feel I should only work hard and TRUST THE PROCESS.
After a couple of interactions, it was apparent that they were there to help me and empower me to run a sound business operation.
Very grateful for the process.
We have been through HQAA numerous times and the whole experience has always been great. The workroom takes the guess work out the process. The person that did our survey was extremely helpful and nice. We couldn't have a better experience.
Truthfully, I can not think of any improvements to the process - it was a wonderful experience for our entire organization! We found the visit and workroom process to be very interactive and educational; leaving us with helpful tips and tools to utilize moving forward.
I was extremely impressed with the knowledge of the surveyor and assistance offered addressing questions and concerns that I had. I never felt intimidated at any time.
This is our 5th time being re survey and each time HQAA find ways to improve our process and make us a better DME company.
If you want to improve the Survey experience, you will have to clone Harold.

HQAA makes the process very easy and provides excellent, professional service. This is our 4th survey and it gets Userfriendly time and time again.
I have no complaints on our experience. Our surveyor provided us with an exceptional experience and as a new leader he guided me through the process and was able to give helpful tips while making things less stressful. The entire survey felt comfortable and educational rather than stressful for both me and my staff. I appreciate this very much.
We have completed our 5th 3 yr accreditation renewal. The last 3 have been with HQAA & I can't tell you enough how much I LOVE your renewal process. You make it easy to navigate your pre-inspection online workroom with someone coaching and supporting us every step of the way. Each surveyor has come in and been educational and supportive, not necessarily pointing out the wrong but showing us how to DO & BE BETTER! I would HIGHLY recommend HQAA to anyone!

Our words will never ever be able to explain the positive experience we encountered during our accreditation visit with Harold. As the President and a Respiratory Therapist the weeks leading to our visit consisted of a lot of sleepless nights and excessive worry. I
HQAA has been a great learning tool for our family-owned company. We strive to do everything the correct way and HQAA makes it easy to always know what that is. Steve was a fantastic on-site surveyor. We would welcome him back anytime! He was very knowledgable and helpful and while he was very thorough, we never felt like he was trying to "gotcha" any of our employees or processes (If you've been through other surveys, you know what I mean). The whole survey process was a learning experience with helpful recommendations. 10/10 would recommend HQAA!
Everything has been great so far. Everyone that I have dealt with has been more than helpful and very informative which has made everything very simple to use and navigate. Any questions that I have had they have answered right away. I feel they are giving 110% and no improvements are needed.

As the old saying goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
The entire experience was absolutely well done and Steve DeGenero is an expert in his field. He left us with a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction that we are recognized in attemping to do the best we can.
Accreditation is a process that should give guidance and solutions for us to do the very best we can in our organization, and it certainly fills the bill.
I have had nothing but positive feelings and believe this is our 4th time with your organization. Will do it again in 3 years.

I was very stressed about the accreditation process. When I met Steve the morning of the survey, he made me feel completely at ease. I realized Steve and HQAA were there to help me. I'm so glad I chose HQAA. Hope to see Steve again in the future.
