The surveyor was great to work and very informative. Being new with HQAA he walked me through how the HQAA process works and the steps after the survey was complete. Best of all, I was able to continue with most of my normal work routine throughout the survey. In the past, the surveyors have had me with them most of the time showing them everything they were looking for which meant my work was getting behind. Also, the workroom made a breeze to get through the initial process.
