Our Surveyor, Harold Davis, was excellent! Our accreditation visit was very pleasant. Mr. Davis suggested ways for improvement that would aid us in the event of audits. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of dme.

We are so glad that we switched from **** to HQAA, hands down the best decision ever. HQAA & the Surveyor both had the heart of the teacher & were able to hold our hands & guide us thoroughly during the entire process.

Jim did an amazing job during our survey last week! He made all of us feel comfortable and helped us to improve in many areas! By far the best survey experience I've had with HQAA!!!

I don't see where any improvements could be made. Our Surveyor was very nice and patient with me. He explained everything very clearly and was very helpful. This was a re-accreditation for us and both times it was a very easy, non stressful process.

HQAA breaks down the accreditation process to where it is maintainable without it being an overwhelming and daunting process. All the employees were courtesy and knowledgeable with any questions I had to ask. The field surveyor Mr. Carroll was very helpful in
