Michael has to be one of the most positive and genuinely caring people we have ever met via phone. He sold us on HQAA not off of anything but we trusted him that HQAA would take care of us. And they did. He was always there for questions and he was so happy to help for anything I needed. Can not say enough amazing things about Michael. Loree was the exact same. She walked me through the process while letting me figure things out with her guidance. She was incredible and patient while I was asking so many questions. Couldn't have done it without her. Corey, one of the nicest people I have ever met. So professional and smart; he brought the whole experience to a new level. He is such a hard worker, thorough, and so down to earth. I will HIGHLY reccomend your company to anyone I talk to. I have so many good things to say about the whole experience and getting accredited has been such a pleasant experience dealing with HQAA. Thank you. I wouldn't have signed up without Michael, wouldn't have gotten through the training without Loree, and couldn't have had a better surveyor than Corey. Thank you guys for making this process so amazing for my company.
