This is my fourth time to go through the accreditation process. It gets easier each time. Organization of the workroom is great.... easy to use and my Coach identified some areas that I would not have thought about.

I have to say this was the best experience I have had with an accreditation survey. The surveyor was great to work and very informative. Being new with HQAA he walked me through how the HQAA process works and the steps after the survey was complete. Best of all, I was able to continue with most of my normal work routine throughout the survey. In the past, the surveyors have had me with them most of the time showing them everything they were looking for which meant my work was getting behind. Also, the workroom made a breeze to get through the initial process. I am so glad I made the switch to HQAA.

I rely on HQAA to keep me on track and in compliance. This will be our 4th audit/accreditation with HQAA and I appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness.

I really can't think of anything that they could Improve. Kim and the other young lady, were both excellent in their directions and patience in helping me understand some of the policies that I did not understand. They were very prompt in answering questions and if i did not understand they were able to change and explain it in a different way that usually allowed me to understand. Awesome Staff. I would definitely Recommend them and HQAA to everyone. Thank you all

HQAA has consistently been a reliable source of inspiration in helping our organization maintain the highest standards in our business practice. The "Work-Room" ease of use when submitting policies makes working with HQAA an absolute pleasure and "Non Stressfull" process. The staff at HQAA is delightful to deal with. I would highly recommend HQAA to anyone wanting an accrediting organization.

The process has gotten more and more streamlined each time. We appreciate the process and the knowledgeable Surveyors that we have met.

The process of accreditation is intimidating however the HQAA team has the awesome ability to put everyone at ease and smoothly navigate the company throughout the process. Everyone is very professional, very nice and always willing to assist when additional guidance is required. Thank you for your time and consideration!

As a new entity, we appreciated the simplicity and straight-forwardness entire process. The work room made us aware of what was expected of us and assisted us with the development of necessary policies. The immediate one-on-one feed back from Kim, our Accreditation Coach, was very helpful. The on-site surveyor Patrick, was helpful in guiding us toward complete compliance to standards with the few minor deficiencies he discovered. This was an overall pleasant experience!

We have been with HQAA for many years and have gone through many surveys. As always, the process is smooth and educational. The surveyors seem like they are there more to help than to criticize. The entire HQAA staff always goes above and beyond.

Honestly, our Field Surveyor Jim Dehler and our Coach Sara Brooks have exceeded expectations this entire time. It has been such a pleasure all along! It was a pleasure to go over the process with Jim and learn all aspects of the information of the accreditation process. We very much look forward to our continued partnership with HQAA and the years to come. We are very satified with chosing HQAA for our unique business model and DME Concept. We know we can change the industry with the ongoing partnership with HQAA!

This time around was so much easier - being able to reuse docs that are still pertinent was such a huge help!!! Lore helped make the process go so smoothly and her communication with me during the Virtual Timeline portion was second to none!

We've been accredited for 20 years. This has been the best experience ever while going through accreditation. Pleasant, stress free, painless and actually enjoyable! We highly recommend HQAA. Looking forward to many years of working together!

Of course I never look forward to having to do this every three years. But...since I do... HQAA makes it pretty simple to get it accomplished. Kim was very helpful getting me started and keeping me on course.

This was our third time through Accreditation with HQAA and it was the best yet! Loretta was so friendly and helpful. She was able to give our company invaluable information on how we as an organization can improve and streamline our processes. We will happily recommend HQAA for their accreditation services. From the workroom to the site survey the process is thorough and everyone we've dealt with has been eager to help us on our way to provide excellent service to our patients.
