This time around was so much easier - being able to reuse docs that are still pertinent was such a huge help!!! Lore helped make the process go so smoothly and her communication with me during the Virtual Timeline portion was second to none!

Our survey was very informative, and a learning experience for me and my staff. I found both of our surveyors very professional and knowledgeable. Harold evaluated our DME services and offered many ideas for enhancing best practice compliances. While I found Sharon to be a true expert in home infusion pharmacy, teaching me and my staff several best practice tips to enhance patient care in our home infusion pharmacy services. The workroom procedure and staff offer an efficient way for us to update our Policy and Procedures. Thank you, and I would recommend HQAA to any DME company and home infusion pharmacy.

We've been accredited for 20 years. This has been the best experience ever while going through accreditation. Pleasant, stress free, painless and actually enjoyable! We highly recommend HQAA. Looking forward to many years of working together!

Of course I never look forward to having to do this every three years. But...since I do... HQAA makes it pretty simple to get it accomplished. Kim was very helpful getting me started and keeping me on course.

Loretta Carr-Stock was wonderful. The full accreditation process went very smoothly, and all feedback was given at the time. I highly recommend her as she knows what she is talking about, and seems very experienced within the medical supply business. Ultimately she was able to give us future feedback and tips that we truly appreciated as a company.

This was our third time through Accreditation with HQAA and it was the best yet! Loretta was so friendly and helpful. She was able to give our company invaluable information on how we as an organization can improve and streamline our processes. We will happily recommend HQAA for their accreditation services. From the workroom to the site survey the process is thorough and everyone we've dealt with has been eager to help us on our way to provide excellent service to our patients.

The workroom was so helpful as well as the staff. Our surveyor, Mrs. Jodi Aiken was awesome!!!! She was so helpful and so sweet. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with HQAA.

Everyone at HQAA has been very helpful and professional. Our coach, Lore, helped us be correctly prepared for the survey. Giovanni was very professional and courteous. He explained the process to us very well and gave us some great insight for moving forward with our business.

I had a wonderful experience working with Sara our assigned coach. She was very knowledgeable, quick to respond to inquiries and very thorough. I appreciate her guidance throughout our workroom journey.
We are so glad we picked HQAA as our accreditation body. Workroom was very easy to navigate and well organized.

Not completely being computer expert, I was able to get around the Workroom pretty readily. I would recommend the utilizing one computer and/or the use of a small memory stick/flash drive.

It is truly sad what has happened in the medical equipment industry. What with all of the competitive bidding and policy changes and requirements. We take pride in keeping up with the industry requirements and paying special attention to our clients.

We are very happy with HQAA and their workroom process! To let us reuse policy documents has been amazing. The coach's are always very helpful and responsive as well as our surveyor's. They offer good advice and comments so the experience is very comfortable and not intimidating. Thank You!

Our Accreditation experience with HQAA has always been excellent! Our surveyor, Corey Carroll, brought with him a wealth of knowledge, understanding and experience, was very informative, helpful and made our Re-Accreditation Experience OUTSTANDING! Thank You HQAA!!!
