Jodi was an excellent surveyor. Staff reports learning a lot from the process and appreciated her patient and empathetic demeanor during the survey. We learned a lot going through the whole process and are very glad we selected HQAA.

As a new entity, we appreciated the simplicity and straight-forwardness entire process. The work room made us aware of what was expected of us and assisted us with the development of necessary policies. The immediate one-on-one feed back from Kim, our Accreditation Coach, was very helpful. The on-site surveyor Patrick, was helpful in guiding us toward complete compliance to standards with the few minor deficiencies he discovered. This was an overall pleasant experience!

We have been with HQAA for many years and have gone through many surveys. As always, the process is smooth and educational. The surveyors seem like they are there more to help than to criticize. The entire HQAA staff always goes above and beyond.
This was Harold's second accreditation visit with us. He originally came in 2013, and as per his standards, Harold was meticulous and thorough and was so very helpful in offering suggestions to make things flawless in the future. We strive for 100% always and Harold gave us suggestions to stay there! He listened and explained all of his observations. It was a pleasure working with him!!
Honestly, our Field Surveyor Jim Dehler and our Coach Sara Brooks have exceeded expectations this entire time. It has been such a pleasure all along! It was such a pleasant and educational experience! Even though we have been accredited since 1997, this survey was one of the most informative and positive we have ever had. It really was much more of a collaboration and less of a "gotcha" environment with HQAA.

Our surveyor was very professional and a real pleasure to work with. He was very common sense in his approach, which I appreciated. He was respectful of my time, as well as that of my staff. My survey was a very positive experience. In addition to pointing out areas for improvement, he also offered advice on how to best accomplish changes to address those areas of concern.
