I recently had the opportunity to work with Corey from HQAA, and I just wanted to share my experience.
Right from the start, it was clear that Corey really knows his stuff. His industry expertise shone through, and it made a big difference in how smoothly everything went. He was super helpful and genuinely listened to our questions, which I really appreciated.






Our surveyor Giovanni was very thorough and especially educational. This was our organization's fifth HQAA accreditation survey but my first in pharmacy DME. The whole process taught me a lot and I look forward to implementing more best practices.
My coach, Lori, was always available to answer questions. She took the initiative to contact me to get things done. Lori couldn't be more helpful and understood my busy schedule. I am here alone on many days to be an owner, ATP, collector, showroom sales/service person, service tech, etc.
Our team greatly appreciated the opportunity to work with our surveyor, Giovanni. We appreciated how well versed he was on our business. He was attentive to detail and made sure that we had a full understanding of all standards and was very willing to work through any questions we had. We will certainly look to implement best business practices from this experience.
