I really appreciate HQAA's informative and educational approach to the accreditation process. Our surveyor, Dean Blessinger, has vast experience in all things DME. His knowledge of the industry and his eagerness to share this information with our team was an unexpected blessing. Dean is a true advocate of small business and has, I believe, a sincere desire to help others succeed in a climate that can be, at times, aligned against smaller companies like ours. We appreciate Dean and the entire HQAA team for all their help throughout the reaccreditation process, their support and guidance have been invaluable.

You guys have been wonderful. We appreciate all you do in assisting us to become accredited. We feel like we have a real partnership with HQAA and that you are here to help us and not hinder us in getting accredited. Thank you for making what could be a very daunting process into a rewarding and educational one. As long as we are in the DME business, we will continue to turn to HQAA for all of our accreditation needs.

It was stressful three years ago transitioning to a new accreditation company, trying to prepare for a survey we had never experienced. We just completed our second survey and am so happy we made the change to HQAA!

HQAA has done an excellent job in making this whole process as simple as possible. I can't think of one thing to add to your process that would make it any easier or more user-friendly than what you currently do.

I would recommend HQAA without hesitation.
I believe this is the 5th or 6th 3-year accreditation for us.

I can't say enough good about ACT, my coach, or HQAA as a whole. Everyone that I have had contact with has been very professional, and helpful. The knowledge I have gained by working with ACT, my Coach, and HQAA as a whole is the best experience I could hope for.

HQAA has always gone above and beyond to help us achieve our accreditation goals. Start to Finish the process has been seamless and Mr. Carroll is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in his explanations and guidance. we look forward to our next survey. Survey time is always stressful, but thanks to the folks at HQAA and the workbook we have been successful.
