Kim was SUPER!!!!! Many times I felt like the only person in the world who could not put this together and Kim helped and assured me I wasn't alone in learning parts of this process. She made it very understandable. She's the best!

Truly, this could not have been easier. I really like the added support of Power Pack for various issues that tend to be more difficult than they really are. The workroom is very user friendly and there is absolutely no question about what 'substantiates' a requirement being followed (i.e. surveyor will look for....). HQAA really wants a supplier to succeed and certainly helps provide a clear, concise path of doing so.

This has been a great experience. I have never seen this process before and I have been through 20 accreditations (or more I lost count)? HQAA is very organized and the tools that you all provide are fantastic. It was so good to be able to connect with someone on the other end walking through this with me. Kim was the best! I would highly recommend your company.

I have been very impressed with HQAA's approach to accreditation. They provided us with the tools and the knowledge to meet the accreditation standards. I find the workroom to be extremely helpful and Mike Ender to be a very diligent and knowledgeable coach. Thank you!!!

As a veteran of many accreditation cycles, I must say the HQAA application process is smooth and seamless. Upon completing the Workroom I am sure my organization is better prepared for our upcoming on-site review. Terry

Kim Freeman was the most resourceful coach we could have had. She called back quickly kept in touch if she didn't see much activity on our end in case we were stuck and needed her assistance. JUST A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

HQAA is a great company. They make the accreditation process easy to understand and stress-free. Communication and guidance from the coaches allow us as a company to welcome accreditation renewal time and not dread or fear it. We have been with HQAA through several accreditations and would not choose any other accrediting body to work with! Thank you for all you do!

This survey experience was COMPLETELY different from 3 years ago. It was very pleasant, productive and educational. The constructive critiquing was done in a positive, respectful manner. I learned a few new things about three softwares that I use to run our business. We worked efficiently through this process with minimal disruption of our business. Very thankful for the good experience. It is very apparent that our surveyor and HQAA want to see our company succeed and continue to grow while managing the requirements of CMS.

Kim was a huge help with all of my questions prior to the survey. I couldn't have done it without her amazing support. Curtis is OUTSTANDING at what he does. Very good job of explaining things, pointing out ways to be more efficient and explains deficiencies without making me feel like I'm being lectured. HQAA is fortunate to have Curtis and I hope that all future surveys will involve Curtis.

Our surveyor was extremely helpful in answering questions and concerns we had. We were provided with information that will assist us going forward to both correct areas and enhance areas that need work.

Jim is exceptional !!! He knows how to correct without feeling disciplined and knows how to approach people without intimidation. His knowledge is amazing and he doesn't hesitate to point out anything he sees that might improve us or keep us from further headaches with other agencies but yet he never makes you feel like you have failed. We took advantage of the HQAA workshop and it made the world of difference with regard to expectations and preparation. Our Field Surveyor, Kevin Mathews prepared for the review and understood our business prior to his scheduled visit. He was efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable.
