Kim Freeman was of great resource to us during the documentation process. She was very timely in her review and also helped us understand areas where more information was needed. In addition to her knowledge of the accreditation requirements, I really appreciated her upbeat and kind personality whenever we spoke on the phone. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.

Unbelievably very helpful, straight to the targeted points about DME and associated requirements. Very knowledgeable to the specificity of DME program and the applicable guidelines. Very impressed! The coaching was very helpful resource in providing clarity to the requirements and understanding.

Steve, our surveyor, was amazing and full of knowledge. He is a wonderful representation of HQAA. We are very pleased with the outcome of the survey process and we are thankful to HQAA and their staff for their guidance, support and knowledge.

We really couldn't be more pleased. Harold Davis is a businessman as well as a surveyor, and he not only does a thorough review of our business, but he offers a great consulting value. He always suggests things that have worked in his business that he thinks could help in ours.

Coming from working as an employee in the healthcare field to starting my own company in the healthcare field, I've always known about the fear of the accreditation process. There was definitely more to do than I anticipated to prepare for the survey but after it was completed, I felt thoroughly prepared for the process. The surveyor was friendly but also attentive to details and offered ways in which we could improve, be more efficient and clearly answered any questions that I had throughout the process.

I am still doing the "Final Stretch" but the Surveyor was professor, encouraging and very complimentary and we really appreciated it. He also gave us some valuable suggestions that we plan to implement in our business. It's always nice to have another "set of eyes" on our business practices. It's really nice to have someone that has been in the business give their unbiased opinion.
The survey from preparation with the aid of our coach to the actual onsite process was very well done.. I have high praise for HQAA's staff, our coach and the onsite surveyor. All phases were professionally done.

After many years of intimidation that was brought on my the Joint Commission survey process, it was a pleasant surprise how the HQAA surveyor was able to put us at ease with the survey process. He was very professional and respectful. Not only was Cory very thorough, but he was very educational. We learned a great deal from his expertise. I think that we are better prepared and equipped because of this survey. In past years, we always dreaded when it came time for Joint Commission coming but now we will welcome it because of the HQAA survey process that we just experienced.
Just as before in our previous accreditation, HQAA did a fantastic job for us. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate. Kim Freeman was great at keeping in touch throughout the entire process and displayed great patience with our questions, concerns, and submissions. Our surveyor, Loretta Carr-Stock, was extremely insightful and shared a lot of industry knowledge and tips to help us improve. As before, Loretta was a pleasure to deal with and is welcome back anytime. Thank you, to all.
Curtis did a wonderful job explaining what was needed throughout our site visit. He was very professional and yet down to earth making the experience more relaxing as this was my first accreditation process as the director of our HME. Curtis can never retire! He is a gem!

Loretta was fantastic and very insightful with this being our first survey. She was patient and a joy to work with over the two day survey. We would like to request her to come back to Water Valley in three years with our next accreditation.

Steve D. was Awesome to work with. This is the second time he has been apart of the survey process with us. He is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We use the ACT program faithfully which I think is why our surveys always turn out excellent because of the tools provided by HQAA.

This was my first time going through the accreditation process. HQAA was great in giving me guidance and making things easy to understand.

The initial workroom process was a challenge at first, as I had a different person this time around than I had the last three surveys. Once I was able to understand her process, it was able to provide the materials she was looking for in a format she wanted.
The site visit was great. The surveyors are very helpful, understanding and a wonderful group to work with! I can't say enough positive things about HQAA!
