The surveyors- Curtis and Todd (the new guy) were a perfect mix of professional and friendly / engaging. Both were ideal ambassadors to HQAA, they understood the inherently stressful period of time the business is situated in, as there is zero income during this process. Both gentlemen worked effortlessly with each other for efficiency and one-on-one coaching & educating my business partner and I. There wasn't a question that we had that did not get answered and pointed out in their supporting documentation. We came away from the surveyor visit feeling rather energized about both the dialogues we had and our overall readiness for acquiring the Medicare certification. Both men were easy to respect and their advice was clearly grounded in relevant life experience and familiarity in their vocation. 

The only way I can see to improve the accreditation experience is to endeavor to reduce the wait time for O&P start-ups. We have a lot on the line in the interim.
