Last minute changes due to COVID issues at the Corporate office the day of the survey was easily resolved by Jim Moyer & Harold Davis. I want to give a major thanks to our surveyor Harold for his patience with the process, internet problems, and staff. I have been in the business for 29 years and have gone through the accreditation process 17 times with different accreditation organizations and I must say that this has been the most informative survey for the staff that I've been involved with. The staff were nervous but Harold took a lot of the stress out of the process. We are a better company today because of HQAA and our surveyor Harold.
