### 4/10/2024

From the beginning Lori Beckner has been the best coach i have worked with in the 15+ years of being in the DME industry. It was pleasure to work with her through the workroom process.
On site surveyor Corey.. The manner in which he conducted himself during the survey and his willingness to help us become a better and more efficient company was second to none. He was very professional and approachable.
