Our workroom coach, Tori, was exceptional in helping me understand the corrections needed on policies requiring our attention before submission. Kevin, our surveyor, was kind, knowledgeable, fair, and easy to work with. He is detail-oriented and was clear on everything he expected from us without making us feel intimidated or uncomfortable.
