Each time the process and communication gets better and more streamlined. Each survey has led to helpful improvements and suggestions by the surveyor. Our surveyor Kevin was courteous and very knowledgeable. Having practical background as a former DME owner was appreciated. As a former hospital administrator, I have been thru numerous JACHO surveys. Many of the surveyors are book smart but without actual working experience.
