Our coach, Lori, is/was always there to help with answering my questions or concerns along the way. Always available! Delightful! 

Our surveyor, Jim, obviously has significant experience in this field. He was positive, knowledgeable, diligent, courteous with our time, and empathetic towards the challenges we face today in this industry. He was more like us - a servant in an active small business helping 'special needs' individuals as long as we can. Delightful!

HQAA does not need to change their business model or personnel at HQAA. Our experience with HQAA during this credentialing period was just right. See you in 3 years...
