I have been in the DME business since 1996 so I have experienced the accreditation process with other accreditation companies HQAA by far is the best. I love the fact that we work as a team to get through the process. I know I can always pickup the phone or send an email with any questions and I 

know they will always be there to help. Lets not forget that the surveyors ROCK. Thank you very much for all your help. Keep up the good work.
